Thank you for choosing D’ Experience! We look forward to servicing you! By booking, you understand and will follow all terms and conditions listed below. LOCATION: We are located inside Phenix Salon Suites (next to Big Lots) on 465 Green Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. At your appointment time, please text your service provider when you are at the door, We will buzz you in. If it is your first time meeting with us, we will gladly meet you at the door. PAYMENTS: There is a $25 non refundable deposit toward select services when booking. The remaining balance will be paid after your service through the card on file or cash. Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp will not be allowed for service payment but may be used if you wish to leave gratuity. RUNNING LATE: There is a 15 minute grace period for all services. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service will be charged. This is to ensure that our staff has enough time to provide the service thoroughly. We take pride in our work and would like the correct time to do so. CANCELLATIONS: There is a 48 hour notice REQUIRED to cancel any appointments. Less than 24 hours notice, deposit will be forfeited and/ or 50% of the service will be charged. Please communicate with your artist about any issues. NO CALL/NO SHOW: No call/no shows will not be tolerated! You will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file If the card does not go through for whatever reason, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance if you choose to book again. NO REFUNDS: Refunds will never be given for dislike of service. Our time, supplies, and efforts were still put into the service. Please communicate within 48 hours to your artist about any concerns you may have WORK FROM PREVIOUS ARTIST: If you have any lashes from a previous artist, please book and removal and full set or wait for all of your remaining lash extensions to fall out before booking a full set. This is required because everyone's work and supplies are different and we want to view our work and for you to wear it the way we excecuted it! (: GUESTS: No extra guests are allowed since this is a distraction, unless they are receiving a service as well. Children are also not allowed in the suite.
